At Cold Blooded Shop, we stand by the quality of our premium streetwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original bags with all tags attached, and securely seal them in the shipping box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
